Toyoguard Protection Plans
Toyoguard protects your Toyota where it counts the most and provides additional services after your ToyotaCare* expires. ToyotaCare covers your normal factory scheduled oil changes and tire rotations for the first 2 years or 25,000 miles and includes 24/7 Roadside assistance during that time period. After that your Toyoguard coverage kicks in.
The Toyoguard Platinum package, offering the most value and protection to our customers. This package provides the longest duration of coverage of any of the Toyoguard plans.
What’s included with Toyoguard Platinum?
- Oil Changes - Normal factory scheduled oil changes are covered during years 3 - 4 of ownership or up to 45,000 miles - whichever occurs first.
- Tire Rotations - Normal factory scheduled tire rotations are covered during years 3 - 4 of ownership or up to 45,000 miles - whichever occurs first.
- 24/7 Roadside Assistance - Toyoguard Platinum provides coverage for jump starts, tire service, fuel delivery, lockouts and limited winching and towing. All these services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week during years 3 - 5 of ownership or up to 60,000 miles - whichever comes first. Call 1-800-528-2054 for assistance.
- Rental Car Assistance - Toyoguard Platinum provides Rental Car Assistance for warrantable concerns that require a part to be ordered or overnight repairs, if rental car assistance is not provided by Toyota. This coverage is good for the first 5 years or 60,000 miles of ownership.

- Protective Coatings - This specially formulated Polymer Paint Sealant process helps to protect your Toyota from harsh weather and salt air. The interior protection process helps to prevent stains from absorbing into carpets and fabric seats.

Toyoguard® Platinum is valid only in the continental U.S. and Alaska. To obtain Toyoguard® Oil Changes or Tire Rotations, please take your vehicle to any Toyota dealer. If your Toyota dealer is not located in FL, GA, AL, SC, or NC, have your Toyota dealer contact Southeast Toyota Distributors, LLC. at 888-851-2722. The benefits follow the vehicle and any remaining benefits at time of sale will automatically transfer to the next owner of the vehicle, unless the vehicle is used for commercial or fleet purposes. - Toyoguard® Platinum Oil Changes. In addition to the ToyotaCare® scheduled maintenance, you will receive 2 synthetic oil changes with filters or 4 non-synthetic oil changes if your vehicle requires non-synthetic oil. Must be redeemed within 10 years of original purchase.
- Toyoguard® Platinum Tire Rotations. In addition to the ToyotaCare® scheduled maintenance, you will receive 4 tire rotations. Must be redeemed within 10 years of original purchase.
- The Toyoguard® Personal Assistance Service provides instant and easy access to anything, anytime, anywhere. From simple tasks such as weather, phone numbers and making reservations, to driving directions and traffic conditions; we do it all. Once registered, simply call our toll-free number, and you will be personally greeted by your personal assistant. You will receive 720 minutes or 5 years of access to your personal assistant, whichever first occurs. Personal Assistant is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Personal assistant can provide directory assistance, driving directions, traffic and weather conditions, dining recommendations and reservations, movie show times, sport scores, personal shopping, updates via text or email and much more!! Toyoguard Personal Assistant is registered to the cellular telephone of original purchaser of the vehicle, it does not transfer with the sale of the vehicle.
Toyoguard® VIN Etch Your Vehicle's Identification Number (VIN) is laser etched on select windows and can be used by law enforcement to identify your vehicle in the event it is lost or stolen. - Toyoguard® Roadside Assistance provides jump starts, tire service, fuel delivery, lockouts, limited winching and towing, all available 24 hours a day, any day, anywhere in the continental U.S., Alaska, and in addition, Roadside Assistance is available in Canada by calling 1-800-528-2054. Plan is 5 years or 60,000 miles whichever first occurs. Roadside Assistance does not include parts & fluids. Winching is limited to 100 feet from maintained roadway. Towing: we will tow your covered vehicle to the nearest Toyota dealership from your disablement site or an additional 25 miles to your preferred Toyota dealership. Fuel Delivery: we will inspect vehicle and if needed will provide up to 3 gallons of fuel. Lockout does not include key replacement.
- Toyoguard® Rental Car Assistance will be provided if you have a warrantable concern requiring a part to be ordered or over-night repairs, if rental car assistance is not provided by Toyota. The Rental Car Assistance Plan is for the first 5 years or 60,000 miles, whichever first occurs. Limited to a one day rental for each qualifying repair, maximum 5 rentals per plan period. Limited to $35 per day.
- Toyoguard® Paint Sealant is designed to help prevent premature deterioration caused by harsh weather and salt air. Warranted for 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever shall occur first. See Toyoguard Limited Warranty.
- Toyoguard® Interior Fabric Protector seals the fabric fibers to make clean-up of spills quick and easy.
